Nasrin Thierer, is the founder and the CEO of Revenew Systems. She is an innovative marketing and business executive with a proven track record in building new businesses and distribution channels. She has extensive experience in telecom, wireless, and consumer electronics. She has launched many successful businesses from ground up, most recently a consulting company, focusing on marketing and channel management. She developed the concept for Revenew Systems based on her experiences creating and marketing through indirect channels. She realized the need for a system that helped companies direct and guide their channel partners' marketing efforts and increase their effectiveness. Prior to Revenew, Nasrin held a variety of senior business management and marketing roles at Motorola. She has a BSEE in Computers and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Nova Southeastern University.

Kevin leads sales, delivery, and technology operations at Revenew. He ensures that client programs are executed flawlessly, and that our technology platform continues as the leading solution for indirect channel marketing automation. Prior to Revenew, Kevin held several executive positions at Keane Inc. – a leading global IT solutions company. While running Keane's flagship Application Management business unit, Kevin led the development of a new product suite that was ranked 70 on 2010's InformationWeek 500, a list of the top technology innovators in the U.S. From his prior role leading Keane's Management Consulting business, Kevin has expertise in recognizing how technology can quickly transform inefficient and ineffective processes. That insight contributes to Revenew being able to deploy its technology into indirect channel networks in a matter of hours, and give resellers the ability to run manufacturer campaigns in minutes. Kevin holds an MBA with concentration in Finance from Boston College. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame. |
Bill focuses his efforts on helping our key accounts deliver their message to customers through their channel partners. The ultimate goal is to obtain incremental sales growth by strategically employing Revenew Systems' functionality to meet each manufacturer's unique needs and optimize the generation of qualified sales leads. Prior to Revenew, Bill held several management positions during his 30 years with Motorola, Inc., all of which involved creating sales growth. The majority of his time was spent building, managing, and growing indirect channels of distribution. He has developed a thorough knowledge of how resellers operate, their priorities, and how they approach the market. Known for his creative approach and his business development skills, Bill has a proven record of achieving sales growth through indirect channels, regardless of where they are located (Bill has experience on several continents), or what product they sell. Bill holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh with a focus on Political Science and Economics. |
Pam is responsible for Revenew Systems Customer and Product Operations. In this role, she drives the product and technology roadmaps from strategy through customer implementation. Prior to Revenew Systems, Pam spent 24 years at Motorola in a variety of business and engineering roles. Pam was a senior management team member, with Operations and Quality responsibilities for an entrepreneurial organization that built a new business leveraging a disruptive wireless broadband technology. She also held the Sales General Manager position for the Verizon Wireless cellular handset business where she successfully negotiated and executed a comprehensive multi-year agreement covering various products and services. She led a multi-functional software engineering team in the development of Digital and Analog cellular products for a global marketplace. Motorola was awarded 5 US patents for her technical innovation. Pam holds a BS in Electrical engineering from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. |
Diane is responsible for leading the financial functions of Revenew Systems. Her focus involves financial reporting and analysis, business analysis, budgeting and all accounting responsibilities from general ledger to payroll. She brings over 15 years financial experience in the banking, manufacturing and nonprofit industries, including serving as Vice President of Financial Planning for a $2 billion bank with 35 branch offices. Diane earned B.B.A. degrees in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University in Virginia and an M.B.A. degree from Fordham University in New York. |
Kara Holder is responsible for marketing and business development for Revenew Systems. Her focus is the development and implementation of all marketing communications and creative executions designed to generate maximum brand exposure, ensure ROI and profit potential, and promote product adoption for our clients Kara brings nearly 20 years of marketing and business development expertise to Revenew Systems. Before joining Revenew, Kara successfully launched new products and enterprise marketing solutions globally at 3M, Imation, and Eastman Kodak. Kara's strong understanding of the challenges large companies face in today's competitive marketing environment has helped her develop innovative sales and marketing strategies that drive demand and deliver market share dominance. Kara has a B.S. in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Graphic Arts Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. |

Merle Gilmore is a former senior executive of Motorola having spent 30 years there when he retired in 2000. Joining Motorola in 1970 as an engineer, he held numerous senior management positions including Executive Vice President and President of the Land Mobile Products Sector; Executive Vice President and President for Europe, Middle East, and Africa; and Executive Vice President and President of the Communications Enterprise. Mr. Gilmore has served as an Industrial Partner of Ripplewood Holdings and is currently an executive partner at Siris Capital Group. He is Chairman of the board at Airvana, Inc., President of LKR Technology Partners, LLC and a director of Revenew Systems, LLC and Medquist Holdings, Inc. He was previously a member of the Proxim Corp., Japan Telecom, Inc., and Mediabolic, Inc. Boards of Directors and the Chairman of the Board and a representative officer of D&M Holdings Inc. Mr. Gilmore holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois and an MS in electrical engineering from Florida Atlantic University. |
Mr. Seedman is a director and investor in Revenew Systems. He is also an entrepreneur and investor in several technology start-ups including a company he founded and grew to over $80 million in revenue before selling it to Hayes Modem. Mr. Seedman was a former Senior Executive at US Robotics and was largely responsible for the company's 20 times revenue growth and 5 to 60% market share growth leading to its sale to 3Com. Mr. Seedman also participates on multiple public and private boards. |
