Management Team:
Nasrin Thierer
Nasrin Thierer is the founder and the CEO of Revenew Systems. She is an innovative marketing and business executive with a proven track record in building new businesses and distribution channels. She has extensive experience in telecom, wireless, and consumer electronics. She has launched many successful businesses from the ground up, most recently a consulting company, focusing on marketing and channel management. Thierer leveraged this collective experience and knowledge of best practices to develop what is now the core of Revenew Systems offering: a fully integrated, end-to-end, web-based solution that provides the data, software, and services. This enables large businesses to drive dealer, agent, and VAR sales, while small businesses benefit from the online marketing toolbox to grow their sales.
Prior to Revenew, Nasrin held a variety of senior business management and marketing roles at Motorola. She has a BSEE in Computers and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Nova Southeastern University.
Paul LaPlaca
As Director of Sales, Paul will be responsible for developing the Consumer Electronics channel client base using Revenew Systems solutions.
Mr. LaPlaca brings over 26-years of extensive retail and wholesale consumer electronics industry experience to Revenew Systems. He began his professional career in 1981 for one of the New York metropolitan area’s then preeminent A/V specialty retailers where he spent 13 years in sales management and training. He joined the Harman Consumer Group in 1994 and held several sales management roles for JBL Consumer Products and Infinity Systems until his departure in 2001.
Prior to joining Revenew Systems, Paul also held similar leadership positions with D&M Holdings, KEF America and Lagotek Corporation—having made significant contributions in the areas of sales strategy and implementation, profitability, channel-management and program development.
Paul holds an ABA from Nassau Community College in New York.
Abbie Ansburg
Abbie is responsible for Marketing and Creative Direction for Revenew Systems. Her focus is the development and implementation of all marketing communications and creative executions designed to generate maximum brand exposure, ensure ROI and profit potential, and promote product adoption for our clients.
Ms. Ansburg brings over 15 years of marketing and creative experience with leading companies such as 3Com, Chicago Tribune and D&M Holdings. Abbie brings her extensive understanding of the consumer marketplace and is applying that knowledge in creating and implementing a broad range of marketing solutions.
Abbie holds a BA in Art from Taylor University and an MBA in Marketing Communications from Stuart Graduate School of Business, Illinois Institute of Technology.
